Minimum of 6 years of Human Resources or related roles. 2+ years in the medical industry
Fully Bilingual – English (80% proficiency) and Spanish (written and verbal)
Familiarity with local labor legislation

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, offboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records in HR systems
Support the full employee lifecycle, from new hires to separations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
Support with the recruitment process in screening, interviews, and coordinating
Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR information and assistance
Coordinate logistics and support for HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities
Collaborate across teams to implement HR initiatives and lead engagement efforts through impactful action plans
Leverage HR data and storytelling to identify trends, provide strategic insights, and support the effective execution of HR initiatives
Develop and maintain tools, templates, and resources to support consistent and effective HR practices and solve complex HR challenges by designing repeatable, high-impact solutions
Support the development, enhancement, and documentation of HR policies, procedures, and communication materials to optimize HR processes
Other duties as assigned
