  • Fully Bilingual – English (80% proficiency) and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Familiarity with local labor legislation

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, offboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records in HR systems
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, from new hires to separations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
  • Support with the recruitment process in screening, interviews, and coordinating
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR information and assistance
  • Coordinate logistics and support for HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities
  • Collaborate across teams to implement HR initiatives and lead engagement efforts through impactful action plans
  • Leverage HR data and storytelling to identify trends, provide strategic insights, and support the effective execution of HR initiatives
  • Develop and maintain tools, templates, and resources to support consistent and effective HR practices and solve complex HR challenges by designing repeatable, high-impact solutions
  • Support the development, enhancement, and documentation of HR policies, procedures, and communication materials to optimize HR processes
  • Other duties as assigned
