Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate confidence and credibility when addressing medium to complex HR queries across a full employee life cycle, using HR expertise on subject matter areas such as compensation & leave of absence, complex terminations
  • Identify and escalate complex employee and labor relation matters to SMEs and relevant COEs
  • Manage, track, close, and report progress on employee inquiries using ServiceNow, Adobe's case tracking tool
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and standard methodologies
  • Interpret and ensure compliance with country specific and EMEA wide labor laws and company policies
  • Lead and contribute to various EMEA and global projects requiring excellent coordination, project management, and collaboration skills
  • Proactively create and update internal process knowledge bases to drive team enablement and AI-enabled support strategies
  • Mitigate employee and manager concerns effectively by working closely with the extended HR ecosystem
  • Facilitate partnerships with Centers of Excellence to drive seamless employee experience through employee centric solutions, operational agility and accelerating on shared goals
  • Contribute to creation and maintenance of SOPs for key employee lifecycle processes for Romania
