Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent business experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or similar role
  • Demonstrated financial acumen
  • Experience implementing HR strategies that are aligned to the organization's overall strategy and goals
  • Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent development
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to inform HR strategy and decision making
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the HR Leader to implement key HR initiatives and interventions that support the business strategy
  • Contribute to the implementation of defined retention strategies in partnership with Market HR, produce reporting and insights to measure impact, and follow up on progress
  • Assist with the organization and execution of Talent Reviews, ensure accountability for action plans, and help maintain up-to-date succession plans
  • Support the HR leader in executing organizational effectiveness strategies such as workforce planning, process changes, workflow changes, and hiring review; assist with the development of competencies and new role profiles; leverage data to contribute to business cases for location strategy, compensation changes, and talent planning; develop and maintain tools to track progress against key initiatives and strategic workforce planning (e.g., hiring, out-of-cycle compensation reviews)
  • Support the HR leader in identifying situations requiring employee relations interventions (e.g., performance improvement plans, investigations) and engage Market HR to lead the correct approach and process
  • Assist HR leaders in the rollout of HR initiatives that support the organization's values, mission, and DE&I goals; support the rollout of key global initiatives (e.g., engagement survey) at the function or market-facing team level, aligning with Market HR when relevant
  • Assist with the rollout of key change initiatives and communication campaigns; partner with internal comms to develop communications; support the HR leader in building change management materials, gathering stakeholder feedback, and executing against plans
  • Provide finance business partner and HR leader with required inputs to guide building and managing to the operating plan and 3YP; demonstrate understanding of the financials of supported businesses
  • Partner with people managers to provide guidance and support on HR issues such as talent planning, team structure, and transformation initiatives; help leaders identify and address HR challenges and develop solutions aligned with team goals
  • Support HRBPs and business leaders in the execution and implementation of people and talent strategies; ensure coordination of key initiatives across large, functionally aligned employee populations; provide data-driven insights to shape strategy and drive accountability for goals and initiatives
