Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s degree – an advantage)
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a global organization, preferably within an American corporate environment
  • Deep understanding of organizational development, talent management, and HR operations
  • Strong knowledge of Israeli labor laws and HR best practices
  • Hands-on experience with Workday platform
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage complexity, and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic HR guidance and support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle
  • Lead and support organizational change initiatives, workforce planning, and talent management strategies
  • Drive employee engagement, performance management, and development programs in alignment with global HR practices
  • Collaborate with global Centers of Expertise (COEs) on compensation, talent acquisition, learning & development, and employee relations
  • Provide guidance on local labor law compliance and manage employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion
  • Support organizational design, job architecture, and transformation efforts
  • Utilize Workday to manage HR processes and data effectively
  • Contribute to maintaining a strong, inclusive, and motivating workplace culture
