Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 8 years of HRBP experience supporting multiple business functions, with adaptability in various industries, including sales and commercial support
  • Demonstrated business acumen, problem-solving abilities, critical and analytical thinking, and self-motivation
  • Excellent communication and influence skills; ability to collaborate and influence across all levels of the organization
  • Strong data analytic skills with a focus on people analytics and deriving meaningful insights from complex information
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication; high-quality document writing capability
  • High resilience and flexibility, proven ability to work quickly and meticulously under pressure, with strong resilience to maintain productivity in challenging situations and a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted strategic HR partner to assigned functional leadership (sales or commercial group), aligning HR strategies with business goals to drive organizational success
  • Support organizational design and change management initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness
  • Identify and develop high-potential employees for succession planning and building a strong leadership bench
  • Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning to ensure the right talent meets business needs
  • Implement performance management and career development programs to enhance employee growth and retention; provide coaching
  • Foster a high-performance culture through employee engagement initiatives and leadership coaching
  • Provide day-to-day coaching on HR practices to management teams and care to associates through Gemba
  • Partner with COEs/SSC to deliver integrated HR solutions supporting business priorities
  • Monitor HR metrics and trends to provide actionable, data-driven insights for continuous improvement
