Responsibilities

The Senior HR Business Partner will build trusted relationships with business leaders to execute organizational and people strategies, focusing on the Product, Tech, UX, and Data teams. Responsibilities include evaluating organizational health using data, supporting global product and technology teams through growth and change, driving performance management initiatives, and designing organizational solutions. This role also involves building efficient people operations processes, collaborating with COE Partners, investigating employee concerns, resolving employee relations issues, providing policy guidance, developing HR-related training, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
