Requirements

Above 10 years of experience as a HR Business Partner, demonstrating strong stakeholder management skills and business acumen
Exposure across the gaming industry, ideally with experience supporting overseas businesses in their expansion
Experience dealing with Performance Management, Rewards, Talent retention, Talent Management and Employee Relations
Positive, can-do attitude and ability to navigate highly matrixed and ambiguous environments
Strong people skills to build relationships across all levels of staff, culturally sensitive and adaptable to different people styles
Strong learning agility, with good ability to bounce back and quickly learn from past experiences, improve, and adapt
Bilingual abilities (English/Chinese) considered a competitive edge for dealing with local employees

Responsibilities

Act as HRBP to the IEGG business lines in HQ, providing localized support and ensuring alignment with global HR strategies
Serve as a trusted advisor providing insights on business decisions from a human capital perspective, including talent management, performance management, workforce strategy, employee engagement & retention
Collaborate closely with business leaders on people matters with short-, medium- or long-term effects on the business
Build strong partnerships with HR teams in local and global investment companies and develop deep understanding of organizational dynamics in each entity
Identify opportunities for resource sharing and ensure compliance in workforce decisions
Drive and connect global/local decisions with HQ decisions, mediate, and align expectations across parties
Lead and manage cross-functional HR projects and collaborate with other BPs to promote strategic alignment and project execution
