Requirements

  • Above 10 years of experience as a HR Business Partner, demonstrating strong stakeholder management skills and business acumen
  • Exposure across the gaming industry, ideally with experience supporting overseas businesses in their expansion
  • Experience dealing with Performance Management, Rewards, Talent retention, Talent Management and Employee Relations
  • Positive, can-do attitude and ability to navigate highly matrixed and ambiguous environments
  • Strong people skills to build relationships across all levels of staff, culturally sensitive and adaptable to different people styles
  • Strong learning agility, with good ability to bounce back and quickly learn from past experiences, improve, and adapt
  • Bilingual abilities (English/Chinese) considered a competitive edge for dealing with local employees

Responsibilities

  • Act as HRBP to the IEGG business lines in HQ, providing localized support and ensuring alignment with global HR strategies
  • Serve as a trusted advisor providing insights on business decisions from a human capital perspective, including talent management, performance management, workforce strategy, employee engagement & retention
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders on people matters with short-, medium- or long-term effects on the business
  • Build strong partnerships with HR teams in local and global investment companies and develop deep understanding of organizational dynamics in each entity
  • Identify opportunities for resource sharing and ensure compliance in workforce decisions
  • Drive and connect global/local decisions with HQ decisions, mediate, and align expectations across parties
  • Lead and manage cross-functional HR projects and collaborate with other BPs to promote strategic alignment and project execution
