  • HR business partnering experience gained within a matrix and quick moving organisation
  • Strategic focus that expresses an understanding across the scope of the HR operating model, partnering with CoE partners to implement strategy
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and confidence to challenge decisions to ensure business objectives are achieved
  • Insight-led utilising data to lead informed discussions, challenge and influence the business to help shape business and people strategy
  • Learning mindset to seek external industry best practice, identifying ways of working and translating into relevant solutions
  • Coaching abilities to support the leadership team on people issues and personal development

Responsibilities

  • Shape and lead a local people strategy that underpins strategy both regionally and globally
  • Partner with leaders on fast-paced M&A activity to drive business growth, from due diligence through to integration, ensuring people considerations are embedded at every stage
  • Manage the delivery of a complex multi-year workforce transformation programme from a people perspective, resulting in a significant shift to a new Target Operating Model (TOM)
  • Manage the end-to-end talent management process, supporting hiring, onboarding, identifying internal talent, and facilitating succession planning
  • Focus on the employee and candidate experience across the colleague lifecycle, including all processes and ways of working
  • Create a sustainable model underpinned by location and talent strategy, applying Strategic Workforce Planning
  • Work in partnership with business leaders to advise and create a people strategy to deliver strategic plans and results within a matrix environment
  • Act as a trusted advisor, sounding board, coach, and confidante to multiple executive stakeholders, offering visible behavioural leadership
