Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience running product experiments focused on improving activation and engagement, a proven track record in building and optimizing engagement loops, experience building products for Windows, macOS, and Linux, strong data literacy including proficiency with product analytics tools, BI tools, and SQL, a growth mindset characterized by curiosity and adaptability, familiarity with growth concepts taught by Reforge, and comfort leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
The Senior Growth Product Manager will lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute product growth experiments aimed at increasing activation, onboarding success, and user engagement, craft and refine engagement loops through product features and messaging, analyze experiment data using analytics tools and SQL to identify actionable insights, collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and marketing to drive alignment and achieve user and business outcomes, and identify strategic initiatives to enhance user retention and engagement across desktop experiences.
