Candidates must have senior-level experience as a graphic designer or digital artist with a strong portfolio showcasing versatility, compositing skills, and consistent quality in digital design. Expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is required, along with a proven ability in character styling, lighting, effects, backgrounds, and mood/expressions. A strong foundation in drawing, anatomy, perspective, and color theory is essential. The role also requires the ability to adapt to brand vision, iterate based on feedback, and possess collaborative, low-ego, communicative, and organized teamwork skills. Bonus qualifications include a passion for fashion design, knowledge of Adobe After Effects, experience with 2D animated promotional videos, video editing, and a background in character art.
The Senior Graphic Designer will create compelling digital visuals by styling and posing in-game assets for product promotions, in-app releases, social media, websites, email campaigns, and internal projects. They will leverage AI tools and models to ideate, enhance, and polish creative content while maintaining professional quality and high standards for static graphics and visual storytelling. The designer will take full ownership of delivering quality work that meets deadlines and brand objectives, while staying current with digital design trends.
