Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of experience in the creative industry is required, with a Bachelor's degree in multimedia, graphic design, or interactive design preferred, or equivalent work experience. An online portfolio showcasing engaging digital design work is mandatory. Candidates must have a strong understanding of graphic design techniques, theory, color palettes, branding, and style guides. Excellent proficiency in Adobe Suite products including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premier, and After Effects, as well as AI platforms for video generation and other mainstream graphics and multimedia programs, is essential. Solid understanding of creative development for digital design is needed, with front-end development skills in Flash, HTML, CSS, or other relevant technologies being a plus.

Responsibilities

The Graphic Designer will collaborate with the business team to produce top-tier digital designs for various deliverables such as social media ads, banners, AI-generated videos, lead magnets, landing pages, short graphic videos, motion graphics, animated GIFs, eBooks, and print collateral. Responsibilities include designing visually appealing email layouts, creating superior original designs for digital ads, banners, website design, landing pages, short graphic videos, motion graphics, animated/static GIFs, and print collateral. The role involves advising the Marketing Manager on design considerations, liaising with the internal creative team to share ideas and best practices, and maintaining positive working relationships with internal stakeholders. Proactively managing project schedules to avoid last-minute issues and keeping project owners informed of status is crucial. The designer will also seek ways to improve the consistency and effectiveness of visual communications, identify relevant media and technologies for improvements, and stay informed about company products, graphic design trends, and industry developments. Additionally, they will collaborate individually and as part of a team to solve problems and offer creative visual design solutions, potentially undertaking brand-related tasks like updating brand style guides and documentation.
