What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Google Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will build and manage highly impactful Google Ads acquisition campaigns, with an enthusiasm for testing growth opportunities to drive conversions, revenue, and ROI. Key skills include an entrepreneurial spirit, a creative mindset for pushing boundaries, and the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage a $1M+ budget and make a significant impact on company performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multi-million dollar SEM budgets, optimizing for long-term scale and profitability.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns across various placements, including Google Search, Google Display Network, Demand Gen, PMax, and YouTube, to achieve business goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and onsite/funnel metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to ensure pacing to targets while driving incremental business growth.
  • Set the strategy and roadmap for scaling paid acquisition campaigns efficiently, with effective prioritization.
  • Plan and implement experiments, including A/B and multivariate tests of campaign variables, to increase budget efficiency and drive ROI improvements.
  • Recommend creative and landing page strategies and consult on optimizations.
  • Track KPIs to assess performance and execution efficiency, and communicate performance and recommendations for continuous improvement to relevant business stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular competitive research and analysis to identify performance growth opportunities.
  • Actively collaborate with colleagues from other teams (creative, product, etc.) to achieve performance goals and maximize ROIs.
  • Maintain partnerships with paid search ad vendors (e.g., Google & Microsoft) and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Google Ads, sharing insights with the team to improve overall performance.
