Experience in growth engineering, building for experimentation, and metrics-driven iteration is essential. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and demonstrate autonomous problem-solving skills in ambiguous, early-stage environments is also necessary. A user-centered approach with a focus on quality, testing, and documentation is expected.
