Candidates should possess expert-level knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles, JavaScript (vanilla), SASS development, JSON and RESTful APIs, Gulp workflows, Git and version control best practices, cross-browser/device testing and debugging, and working with design files. They should be comfortable with ES6/ES7 features, integrating third-party tools and SDKs, NPM and Bower for dependency management, web accessibility (a11y) best practices, SEO best practices for frontend builds, and JIRA or similar tools for task tracking.
The Senior Frontend Developer will translate project requirements and designs into functional, maintainable frontend code, scope and estimate tasks to meet timelines, integrate with backend APIs and third-party services, produce high-quality, reusable code with attention to maintainability and performance, ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility through testing and debugging, implement responsive UI/UX using HTML, CSS/SASS, and JavaScript, use Gulp workflows and Git version control effectively, collaborate with a cross-functional team, proactively identify and resolve frontend issues, document frontend solutions, and work closely with designers, backend developers, and project managers to ensure deliverables meet expectations and deadlines.
