Candidates should have at least 4 years of engineering/development experience in a fast-paced, agile environment. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and React is required, along with a strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development. Interest in building accessible applications and improving user experiences, excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and collaboration skills are also necessary. Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment is expected. Bonus points for experience with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, testing frameworks like Jest or Playwright, monorepos, scalable front-end architectures, and accessibility best practices/design systems.
The Front-End Engineer will develop and maintain high-quality, mobile-first React web applications. They will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers across multiple teams, write clean, maintainable code, and participate in code reviews to ensure quality.
