Requirements

Candidates must possess over 5 years of experience in building and maintaining user-facing elements of SaaS products, with at least 2 years in the AdTech industry. A proven ability to design and architect performant web applications is required, along with proficiency in Typescript, React, and Redux. Experience with large data sets, designing and executing unit and integration tests using tools like Jest and Playwright, and working with CI/CD pipelines is essential. Successful collaboration with engineering and product teams, the ability to coach junior engineers, and experience with accessibility, UX, and UI best practices are also necessary. Familiarity with working across the entire stack is expected. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and proficiency in Python and/or Django are considered bonuses.

Responsibilities

The Senior Front End Engineer will coach and develop a full-stack team to enhance collective capability and drive team growth. They will lead architectural discussions and guide feature design for scalability and intuitiveness. Responsibilities include writing maintainable React code for high-quality user-facing functionality, maintaining strong test coverage for code quality and product stability, and clearly documenting new and existing features. The role also involves communicating with stakeholders to align expectations and ensure transparency throughout the product development cycle.
