Effective communication skills for presenting financial data concisely through reports, charts, and oral/written communication are also necessary. Experience with financial systems like Netsuite and Adaptive Insights is a plus.
The Senior FP&A Analyst will partner with G&A teams and executive leadership to provide data-driven decision support. Responsibilities include building, maintaining, and improving financial models for G&A operations, participating in annual and long-term planning, monthly rolling forecasts, and variance analysis. The role involves executing medium-sized projects to enhance data-driven insights and company efficiency, and communicating financial data effectively to senior leadership, including the CFO and functional VPs. This position requires executing tasks with limited supervision from senior team members.
