Requirements

  • 12+ overall years of financial planning experience, especially with data analytics and data modeling of a business unit, supporting a global, high-tech corporation
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Economics, Business; MBA a plus
  • Expert analytical skills and advanced financial modeling techniques in Excel, with ability to build and convey business insight
  • Ability to define new processes and analytics as well as influence business decisions
  • Ability to improve and streamline manual processes and drive efficiency
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, including effective communication at all levels within the Company

Responsibilities

  • Critical member of revenue forecasting processes and conduct detailed variance analysis to deliver actionable insights in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Build and maintain dynamic financial models to project revenue, costs, and gross margins, supporting strategic planning and performance management
  • Analyze complex financial data and trends to provide clear, data-driven recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional business partners
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives in financial reporting by implementing automation and optimizing reporting processes
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with the FP&A calendar and quarter-end close requirements, maintaining high standards of data integrity and compliance
