Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or Corporate FP&A. Proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, problem-solving, and financial reporting is essential. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity, and a strong team player with exceptional interpersonal skills for cross-functional relationship building. Prior experience in a small company or startup, along with familiarity with SQL, Looker, Power BI, and/or NetSuite, is considered a plus.
