Responsibilities

The Senior Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, socializing, and executing marketing strategies and plans for virtual events in alignment with marketing and sales priorities. This includes planning, coordinating, and executing top-of-funnel, mid-funnel, and product awareness events. They will manage vendors, agencies, and contractors to ensure successful execution. The role involves acting as the host and engaging presence for virtual events, ensuring all interactions reflect Twilio's mission, vision, and values. A key responsibility is partnering with Campaigns, Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, EEP, and SDR teams to develop virtual event programs that drive revenue growth, and collaborating with GTM teams to define target account sets and build joint execution plans. The manager will also work with global teams to identify opportunities for joint delivery or adaptation of regional execution to maximize ROI from virtual events. Additionally, they will activate connected sales and marketing execution to maximize marketing spend to revenue, manage business performance, drive new business growth, and report on virtual event performance metrics across the funnel to keep stakeholders updated.
