Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business, operations, project management or relevant discipline
  • Demonstrated experience (often senior level) in field operations coordination, administrative operations within a medical device/health-technology environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to operate in a fast-paced matrixed environment
  • Proficiency in all MS Office functions, skill in SmartSheets preferred
  • Experience managing cross-functional relationships (commercial, clinical, field operations)
  • Comfortable with field-facing logistics (travel, mobility, credentialing, vendor oversight)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as liaison among Professional Education, Physician Programs, internal stakeholders (e.g., commercial effectiveness, operations, HR, mobility)
  • Oversee onboarding processes for new team members; ensure compliance with company requirements
  • Manage mobility/fleet logistics (vehicle assignments, travel arrangements, remote work infrastructure) for field staff
  • Support vendor management (selecting, onboarding, coordinating vendors aligned with operations)
  • Provide subject-matter expertise for administrative processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with commercial strategy
  • Ensure PO submission and processing is accurate and timely with payments to vendors using all approved platforms including APEX, eMarketplace, Totality and others
  • Prepare reports, track metrics, maintain data relevant to operations, credentialing, mobility, vendor performance. Assist with data presentations on relevant topics aligned to key business objectives
  • Communicate updates, changes, and requirements to relevant stakeholders across the business
  • Support internal event coordination, meetings, training scheduling for the HCS team and manage calendars for business units including coordination for 3rd party events for My Health Can’t Wait and other regional tradeshows
