The Senior Executive Sourcer will proactively identify candidates for hard-to-fill positions using sophisticated sourcing techniques and develop recruitment marketing activities to support candidate funnels. Responsibilities include designing and implementing sourcing services, creating passive candidate pipelines, providing consultation to hiring groups, developing passive candidate marketing plans, qualifying candidates, building relationships with client services teams, promoting the Sourcing team's strategy, delivering candidate slates, managing diversity strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Additionally, the role involves sharing market intelligence, problem-solving, auditing processes, creating reports, and documenting process changes.
