Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage and anticipate the executive's daily needs, including complex calendar management, meeting confirmations, expense reporting, and ad-hoc requests
  • Serve as a key point of contact, expertly managing and prioritizing communication with employees at all levels, other executives, and external partners
  • Draft and prepare professional correspondence, presentations, and internal communications as requested
  • Seamlessly plan and book domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, and handling complex logistics, non-routine issues, time zones, and global complexities
  • Track and drive the completion of critical tasks and projects, following up on outstanding items to ensure deadlines are met
  • Plan and coordinate department events, including managing logistics such as agenda preparation, catering, securing venues, and inviting attendees
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring operational excellence and peak efficiency across Workday Government leaders
