Provide advanced and diverse administrative support to multiple executives and investment professionals
Proactive calendar management, meeting coordination, troubleshooting conflicts
Planning domestic and international travel
Manage daily workflows to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Communicate on behalf of executives internally and externally
Build strong relationships across business units to facilitate efficiency and problem-solving
Engage with team members to advance best practices and cross-train on tools
Ensure seamless operations within the AM Compliance, Risk, and Business Operations team
