Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for three executives
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Screen and manage incoming emails, calls, and correspondence
  • Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and off-site activities
  • Prepare expense reports and track reimbursements
  • Manage special projects and take initiative in problem-solving
  • Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently
