Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of software engineering experience and 4+ years of experience managing a team of engineers, along with a strong familiarity with authentication and authorization systems and experience designing, implementing, and operating complex systems.

Responsibilities

As the Senior Engineering Manager, you will co-lead the effort to expand Single Sign On (SSO) capabilities and continue to improve authentication security across the product suite, ensuring sound technical tradeoffs, advocating for technical investments, and guiding the overall evolution of Ellevation’s engineering team while also working with engineers to understand their growth paths and provide feedback, and contributing to longer-term planning in the authentication and user management space.
