Responsibilities

Own the technical execution and delivery of major backend systems and automation platforms powering RCM products, ensuring scalability
Partner closely with Product, Ops, and cross-functional teams to build backend services solving high-value business problems, filling gaps as necessary
Manage project and resource prioritization, ensuring focus on the most important work with urgency and technical rigor
Uphold high standards in system design, code quality, and engineering operations
Shape the technical direction of the RCM platform
Drive team growth and development in a collaborative environment
Foster a culture of high ownership and engineering excellence
