Responsibilities

Design, development, and automation of Server Side (Telco) components of RingCentral’s Phone solution
Manage a team of developers and automation engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship
Implement best practices for software development, data management, and system integration
Actively participate in daily coding and code reviews
Provide technical expertise and support for Teleco-related projects and initiatives
Partner with Product Team and business stakeholders in solution design and troubleshooting
Manage the execution of implementation plans from inception to completion, ensuring transparent status reporting
Collaborate closely with Project and Program Managers
Maintain high standards of quality in product documentation and ensure it remains clear, comprehensive, and up-to-date
Actively participate in applicable compliance, governance, and risk management frameworks
Collaborate with peers in design and architectural validations
Adhere to established security, privacy, and data management protocols
Take a proactive approach to risk identification and adeptly mitigate potential challenges
