Responsibilities

Lead and grow multiple high-impact engineering teams delivering enterprise-grade, scalable, and reliable software products
Work across Product, Data, and Customer Experience teams to identify, build, and deliver data-powered features that delight marketers
Own long-term technical direction for our Outcome Management stack, including data pipelines, data modeling, and in-product analytics
Serve as a thought partner to senior leaders and execs; act as a customer advocate during product and architectural planning
Prioritize ruthless execution by fostering a bias for action, embracing lean principles, and removing roadblocks for your teams
Be a mentor and coach to a diverse, high-performing team; invest in career growth and create a culture of technical excellence and accountability
