Requirements

Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics or equivalent
Significant work experience in production and engineering in a GMP or food environment
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and planning skills
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in Dutch and English
Strong computer skills
Competencies: Independent operation in project teams; Creative and solution-oriented; Accurate; Flexible
Fluent Dutch and good command of English

Responsibilities

Develop, improve, and implement production systems in production
Coordinate project activities within the Engineering team by involving the right Engineering Specialists in your projects
Act as coordinator for external and internal parties in the implementation of new equipment developed by you
Participate in CAPEX projects (up to approx. 5M)
Lead in providing technical know-how and related project documentation
Improve product quality by identifying production problems, developing advanced production systems, and overseeing successful implementation in production
Ensure that selected parties meet safety and quality standards
Ensure that external parties meet project execution requirements
Collaborate with production departments to identify production and quality issues related to methods, processes, and equipment
Participate in brainstorming sessions to inform management about future projects
Co-responsible for preparing project documentation (PD, URS, Risk assessment)
Close collaboration with project managers, project team, and technical specialists
