Responsibilities
- Deliver and execute assigned projects on time with good quality, cost effectiveness, and customer satisfaction
- Provide process domain guidelines and solutions as per industry standards
- Interact with Project Managers in the region for delivering project engineering services
- Carry out, supervise, monitor, and implement complete project execution
- Manage and report multiple project deliveries with process adherence, meeting or improving on budget, schedule, and quality requirements, including value additions
- Coach and develop other project engineers
- Work with PM for scope management, including WBS development
- Participate in resolving escalations related to GEC engineering execution, collaborating with GEC Engagement Manager and regional stakeholders for closure, including lesson learnt sessions
- Provide adequate support to regions on large project pursuits
- Ensure timely escalation to the right stakeholders for overall project execution benefit
- Keep improving self-engineering capabilities and exchange best practices with team members
- Support Team Leader/Lead Engineer on technical issues
- Work closely with Team Leader/Lead Engineer to guarantee customer acceptance
- Maximize reusable standard product and engineering in project delivery
- Work with Team Leader to manage technical risk in projects
- Work with Team Leader to clarify technical issues
- Achieve cost reduction through process and manufacturing improvement, and development of reusable engineering or standards
- Demonstrate application and technical expertise to achieve repeat orders and retain customer satisfaction
