The Senior Employment and Benefits Counsel will advise on employee relations issues such as terminations, performance management, investigations, and accommodations. This role involves leading and supporting employment-related initiatives, including policy development, process improvements, and training programs, as well as managing employment-related litigation. Responsibilities also include drafting and reviewing employment-related documents, partnering on privacy and cybersecurity initiatives affecting employees, and advising on employee benefits matters, including equity incentive programs. The counsel will collaborate cross-functionally to educate teams on legal considerations related to employment and benefits, ensuring informed decision-making.
