Responsibilities

  • Develop short and long-term Product Sales strategy for the Company
  • Implement annual tactical plan to ensure success of Product Sales programs and positive customer experience
  • Monitor sales progress, review records/reports for senior management, and solicit employee feedback to drive product engagement and adoption
  • Design, promote, and orchestrate experiences and reinforcement plans across multiple divisions/business units to strengthen product knowledge, enhance advocacy, and ensure success of product sales campaigns
  • Provide leadership and direction for diverse and complex functions
  • Contribute to the development of the organization’s business strategy and interpret it to develop aligned organizational objectives
  • Manage multiple teams of professionals
  • Lead strategic planning and execution for network distribution and voice solutions portfolio
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Business Development teams in Philadelphia and Denver
  • Define go-to-market strategies, optimize revenue opportunities, and align with evolving customer needs and market trends
  • Own the revenue target for the portfolio, driving at least 20% year-over-year growth
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand strategic customer relationships
