Responsibilities
Develop short and long-term Product Sales strategy for the Company
Implement annual tactical plan to ensure success of Product Sales programs and positive customer experience
Monitor sales progress, review records/reports for senior management, and solicit employee feedback to drive product engagement and adoption
Design, promote, and orchestrate experiences and reinforcement plans across multiple divisions/business units to strengthen product knowledge, enhance advocacy, and ensure success of product sales campaigns
Provide leadership and direction for diverse and complex functions
Contribute to the development of the organization’s business strategy and interpret it to develop aligned organizational objectives
Manage multiple teams of professionals
Lead strategic planning and execution for network distribution and voice solutions portfolio
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Business Development teams in Philadelphia and Denver
Define go-to-market strategies, optimize revenue opportunities, and align with evolving customer needs and market trends
Own the revenue target for the portfolio, driving at least 20% year-over-year growth
Identify new market opportunities and expand strategic customer relationships
