Requirements

Responsibilities

This role involves building and executing the North America sales development strategy, leading and coaching SDR leaders and teams to achieve pipeline targets, and owning key SDR KPIs. Responsibilities include partnering with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement for strategic alignment, collaborating on demand generation initiatives, and providing insights on lead quality and messaging. The Senior Director will optimize outreach strategies, leverage data for performance forecasting and improvement, and champion CRM hygiene. Additionally, they will be responsible for attracting, hiring, and retaining top SDR talent, creating development paths, and designing onboarding and enablement programs.
