Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in the life sciences or a related field (Master’s Degree or Ph.D. preferred)
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a senior strategic commercial management role within the APAC region (ten years preferred)
  • Strong understanding of genomics applications
  • Extensive familiarity with CRM and funnel management tools
  • Adherence to all company compliance policies and demonstration of behavior consistent with IDT and Danaher Core Values
  • Commitment to customer success

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for the APAC region, including identifying and organizing the customer base, deploying the strategy in the field, and recommending/implementing action plans
  • Lead and manage direct and indirect channels (distributors) to achieve APAC growth and performance targets
  • Position IDT as the leader in target market segments through strategic and tactical initiatives
  • Attract, engage, and retain outstanding talent, fostering a culture aligned with Danaher core values and the Danaher Business System (DBS)
  • Monitor and evaluate sales rep progress against expectations and align behavior with performance standards
  • Partner with finance leadership to ensure compliance with financial procedures and controls
  • Identify and leverage new business opportunities
  • Build long-term customer experience and maximize regional market share
