Responsibilities

  • Define, document, and evolve the end-to-end operating model for global business operations specific to Walmart International Growth strategy
  • Partner with regional teams (e.g., Chile, Canada, Mexico, South Africa) to embed global standards and drive consistent execution
  • Partner with the growth strategy and leadership team on the end-to-end operating model in non-footprint markets
  • Identify, prioritize, and implement process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and performance
  • Lead the development of enablement frameworks, playbooks, and toolkits to standardize best practices
  • Build and manage capability-building programs that strengthen operational maturity across teams and markets
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of operating models and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Foster a culture of operational discipline, learning, and innovation across global and regional functions
