Responsibilities

  • Define and own the blueprint for innovative, revenue-generating services that drive long-term customer success
  • Drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of new service offerings that scale customer outcomes and services revenue
  • Take full ownership of the services roadmap, shaping it from the ground up
  • Build the business case, the process, and the playbook for scale
  • Define what great looks like for Sitetracker’s services portfolio
  • Launch high-impact service offerings that support different stages of the customer lifecycle, from implementation to optimization
  • Align the roadmap with Sales, Product, Delivery, and Marketing to ensure services drive growth, value, and customer satisfaction
  • Build roadmaps for Forward-Deployed Engineering (FDE) and Professional Services / Learning & Development (L&D) portfolios
  • Drive a 10% YoY increase in services revenue
  • Within 90 days: Build a comprehensive understanding of Sitetracker’s current services, delivery model, and customer lifecycle
  • Within 90 days: Partner with the CCO and Services leaders to align on strategy, expectations, and success metrics
  • Within 90 days: Assess the current pipeline for service innovation and identify immediate wins or extensions
