Senior Director of Product - Aging Parents

Position Overview

Life360 is seeking a Senior Director of Product to lead the development and growth of a new vertical focused on caring for aging parents. This hybrid role combines product vision with commercial leadership, requiring ownership of the entire strategy from identification and validation to building services for families supporting their aging parents. This is a significant opportunity to shape a new business from its inception, drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue, and make a positive societal impact.

About The Revenue Team

The Revenue team at Life360 is a multidisciplinary group responsible for driving growth by expanding our subscriber base, increasing engagement, and identifying new high-value opportunities. We sit at the intersection of product innovation, commercial strategy, and operational excellence. We seek bold thinkers, clear communicators, and commercially minded operators who can help us launch and scale new revenue streams.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Vision

  • Define the vision, strategy, and success metrics for Life360’s Aging Parents vertical, rooted in market insights and user needs.
  • Build and evangelize a long-term roadmap that spans MVP validation to full-scale commercialization.
  • Align executive stakeholders on investment decisions, timelines, and expected outcomes.

Product Leadership

  • Lead product development efforts, including discovery, experimentation, and rapid iteration.
  • Work closely with design and engineering to build exceptional experiences that solve real-world problems for families and their aging loved ones.
  • Partner with product marketing for consumer insights, competitive analysis, and launch strategy.
  • Ensure the roadmap delivers against clear and ambitious outcomes.

Commercial Ownership

  • Drive growth by acquiring new users, increasing engagement, and generating meaningful revenue from this new segment.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support.
  • Ensure alignment with the senior management team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product management, with a focus on strategy and commercial leadership.
  • Ability to identify, validate, and build new services for a specific market segment.
  • Experience in driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue generation.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary Range (US-based): $229,500 - $337,500. Final salary will be determined by factors such as background, experience, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Compensation Package: Includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.
