Requirements

Hybrid role requiring work out of Boston, MA office 2 days per week
Experience leading HR and Recruiting functions in the USA and Ireland (or equivalent international HR leadership)
Ability to step into a high-performing People function and immediately oversee global operations during a 12-month maternity cover
Expertise to transition to leading US People operations after 12 months, building tailored strategies for North America
Dynamic, forward-thinking people leader ready for global leadership followed by focused US strategic direction

Responsibilities

Leading and mentoring the People team, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance
Developing and implementing People strategies that put Tines’ employees at the center of the business and align with Tines’ business objectives
Reviewing and optimizing all areas of People Operations — from processes to systems — to drive efficiency, consistency, and scalability
Close partnership and collaboration with Tines’ executive leadership (CEO, GTM, Engineering, G&A) to support and guide them in People initiatives such as organizational design, change, and performance management
Collaborating with broader management cross-functionally to understand their People needs and foster an organizational culture that promotes employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion
Overseeing employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth opportunities
Conducting organizational employee surveys
