Requirements

  • Hybrid role requiring work out of Boston, MA office 2 days per week
  • Experience leading HR and Recruiting functions in the USA and Ireland (or equivalent international HR leadership)
  • Ability to step into a high-performing People function and immediately oversee global operations during a 12-month maternity cover
  • Expertise to transition to leading US People operations after 12 months, building tailored strategies for North America
  • Dynamic, forward-thinking people leader ready for global leadership followed by focused US strategic direction

Responsibilities

  • Leading and mentoring the People team, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance
  • Developing and implementing People strategies that put Tines’ employees at the center of the business and align with Tines’ business objectives
  • Reviewing and optimizing all areas of People Operations — from processes to systems — to drive efficiency, consistency, and scalability
  • Close partnership and collaboration with Tines’ executive leadership (CEO, GTM, Engineering, G&A) to support and guide them in People initiatives such as organizational design, change, and performance management
  • Collaborating with broader management cross-functionally to understand their People needs and foster an organizational culture that promotes employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion
  • Overseeing employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth opportunities
  • Conducting organizational employee surveys
