Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a science related field with at least 10 years of Operations Leadership or equivalent experience
Demonstrated competency in leading and delivering results through Standard Work, Daily Management, Problem Solving, 5S and Value Stream mapping among other tools
Ability to effectively lead staff and communicate the needs of the department to management
Ability to effectively represent the department on multi organizational teams as a leader, member or facilitator
Knowledge of appropriate steps to analytical problem solving with experience implementing sustainable solutions

Responsibilities

Drive site KPIs to improve operating performance and customer satisfaction by leveraging lean principles to deliver sustainable results
Identify and coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure regulatory and IDT compliance requirements
Ensure success of new product development and product transfer to operations throughout the product lifecycle
Establish and implement SMART performance objectives of direct reports that support, and align with, the goals and objectives of IDT Operations
Establish a multi-year strategic vision for operations with an action plan to track progress
Ensure the shipment goals, business goals, customer requirements and production plans are achieved, and that manufacturing capacity meets the sales plans
Uphold the appropriate standards of behaviors including keeping business information confidential; coordinating the system security; ensuring data accuracy and integrity; maintaining updated professional and technical knowledge; assuring systems compliance with laws, regulations, and corporate standards; ensuring a safe and healthy environment
