Responsibilities

Own and drive the full federal sales cycle—from identifying/targeting key agencies to closing high-value opportunities
Develop trusted advisor relationships with federal agencies to position Incode as the partner of choice
Define and refine capture strategies, account plans, and pipeline discipline for revenue targets
Evaluate and recommend contracting vehicles, teaming strategies, partnerships, and deal acceleration paths
Lead compelling pitches, demos, briefings, and multi-stakeholder presentations
Own and manage RFPs, RFIs, and federal solicitations with precision and coordination
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Development, Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Compliance
Maintain intelligence on federal priorities, legislation, trends, competitors, and technologies to inform strategy
Ensure smooth post-sale transitions, advocate for customer needs, and support long-term satisfaction/expansion
Engage directly with agencies, partners, and industry events, including extensive travel
