Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the full federal sales cycle—from identifying/targeting key agencies to closing high-value opportunities
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with federal agencies to position Incode as the partner of choice
  • Define and refine capture strategies, account plans, and pipeline discipline for revenue targets
  • Evaluate and recommend contracting vehicles, teaming strategies, partnerships, and deal acceleration paths
  • Lead compelling pitches, demos, briefings, and multi-stakeholder presentations
  • Own and manage RFPs, RFIs, and federal solicitations with precision and coordination
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Development, Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Compliance
  • Maintain intelligence on federal priorities, legislation, trends, competitors, and technologies to inform strategy
  • Ensure smooth post-sale transitions, advocate for customer needs, and support long-term satisfaction/expansion
