Requirements

Candidates should have 8+ years of marketing experience, including 6+ years leading digital teams, with a proven track record of scaling marketing from early-stage through Series B+, owning revenue outcomes and managing multi-million-dollar paid media budgets. They should possess deep expertise across performance marketing, SEO, lifecycle marketing, ABM, and product marketing, blending data and storytelling to drive growth. Strong analytical and data-driven skills, including proficiency in GA4, SFDC, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, and marketing attribution and forecasting models, are required, as well as experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, SDRs, and RevOps.

Responsibilities

The Senior Director of Growth will own and drive the end-to-end marketing growth strategy, aligning marketing goals with business priorities and driving awareness, pipeline, conversion, and engagement across the entire customer lifecycle. They will lead and scale multi-channel acquisition efforts, develop and optimize full-funnel marketing campaigns leveraging AI-driven strategies, and manage and optimize paid media budgets while prioritizing CAC, LTV, pipeline contribution, and efficiency across all channels. The role involves building and refining performance dashboards and reporting systems, supporting product launches and market expansion with GTM plans, leading and mentoring a marketing team, driving ABM/ABX programs, and continuously building, testing, and optimizing acquisition and lifecycle programs to drive measurable revenue results.
