Requirements

  • MBA or other Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or equivalent
  • 10+ years of global marketing leadership experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the medical device, healthcare, or Life Science industry
  • Demonstrated development and implementation of strategic, tactical, and operational plans leading the team to achieve defined goals
  • Experience leading data-driven and digital marketing initiatives to drive measurable business outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Build, empower and mentor a high-performing global marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Accelerate profitable growth of the current portfolio through global commercial initiatives, including digital strategies, by leveraging data-driven insights and market intelligence to optimize marketing initiatives and drive measurable business outcomes
  • Contribute to defining and executing the overall HemoCue strategy by developing and implementing both short- and long-term plans
  • Ensure successful development and launch of new products
  • Establish and oversee global marketing processes to effectively drive business performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with overall business objectives
  • Champion customer-centricity by actively incorporating the voice of the customer into marketing strategies and fostering strong stakeholder relationships across the organization
