Requirements

  • Leadership experience managing a team of 1-3 full-time employees and part-time interns

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure strong local program implementation at the Higher Education Partner (HEP), including pre-course, course, and post-course experience to meet programmatic goals (40%)
  • Drive quality of regionally owned program elements, such as local programming, learning lab implementation, and data collection for job campaigns
  • Serve as a check for HEP satisfaction and fit with local student needs and campus culture; provide feedback to central teams for continuous improvement
  • Assess data continuously to ensure students graduate and secure strong jobs; partner with Product team on supports and interventions
  • Participate in organization-wide efforts to drive program model strategy, recommending changes for impact
  • Observe, provide feedback, and collaborate on weekly Braven Accelerator courses, career events, student recruitment, and key moments
  • Develop and steward strong partnerships with HEP leadership, faculty, employers, and community organizations for student resources and program improvements (40%)
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key HEP stakeholders to foster collaboration
  • Lead and co-lead meetings with HEP stakeholders to integrate Braven into the career ecosystem and uphold partnerships
  • Build and maintain a strong, positive presence at the HEP and in Chicago alongside the Executive Director
