The Senior Director, Brand & Creative will define and evolve the global brand positioning, architecture, and visual identity. They will ensure consistent brand application across all customer, employee, and partner touchpoints, and partner with relevant teams to develop an employer brand. This role involves leading creative teams and agencies to deliver breakthrough concepts and high-performing assets, building scalable creative development processes, and overseeing strategic content narrative development. Additionally, they will manage the global organic social media strategy and execution, and lead the strategic direction of the company's web presence.
