Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of extensive experience with Elasticsearch and ELK stack implementations and Observability, with certification being an advantage. Proficiency in CI/CD tools, infrastructure as code, Cloud Services, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, artifact management, security scanning, and secrets management is required. A strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation, demonstrated ability to enforce security compliance and best practices, excellent problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset are also necessary. A proven track record of mentoring team members and driving continuous improvement initiatives is expected.

Responsibilities

The Senior DevOps Engineer will support the software development process by identifying inefficiencies, recommending solutions, automating delivery, and implementing testing. They will provide technical leadership for medium to large projects, act as escalation support for the Tier 2 SRE team, and handle internal DevOps needs. Responsibilities include provisioning and maintenance of systems, load balancer configurations, firewall rules, databases, and other automation-driven infrastructure tasks. Automating CI/CD pipelines to build and deploy software is a key duty, along with mentoring other engineers.
