Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and a minimum of 7 years of experience in a relevant role, with expertise in AWS and Azure cloud platforms, including infrastructure or DevOps capacity. Experience managing and automating Linux and Windows Server environments (2016 and newer) is required, along with proficiency in cloud automation tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and ARM Templates, and scripting skills in PowerShell and Python. Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes is also necessary, as is familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern monitoring/logging frameworks.

Responsibilities

The Senior DevOps Engineer will be responsible for designing and managing cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools, driving efforts to optimize cloud environments for performance and cost-efficiency, collaborating with development and security teams, developing and maintaining automation scripts, supporting the adoption of cloud-native technologies, implementing cloud security best practices, monitoring cloud infrastructure, responding to incidents, leading capacity planning and disaster recovery strategies, mentoring junior engineers, and staying up-to-date with emerging cloud technologies.
