Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
Certified Dell Boomi integration developer
5+ years of experience in developing UKG integrations and custom reports, preferably in large corporate environments
At least 3+ years of experience with creating Dell Boomi integrations in UKG Pro
Strong knowledge of UKG Pro WFM Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Accruals, Device management modules
Strong knowledge of device configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting UKG clocks
Experience in creating or updating WIM integrations in Workforce Central (WFC)
Knowledge of UKG Pro WFM Data Hub (plus)
Strong analytical skills including problem-solving, attention to detail, and clear communication of complex results
Proficient in eliciting business requirements and documenting them in both functional and technical formats
Strong SQL query experience
Understanding of various protocols/methods of communication (XML, XML Schemas, WSDL, SOAP, REST, JSON, Groovy, FTP, SFTP, PGP, JDBC/SQL/RDBMS, JMS, Mail, HTTP/HTTPS)
Experience with integration performance tuning and process improvements

Responsibilities

Create and manage UKG Pro WFM integrations using Dell Boomi
Develop custom reports
Manage universal device management
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve kick-outs and data issues with all integrations
Update and build integrations using UKG’s Integration Designer tools (Boomi and WIM)
Collaborate with Kronos Systems Analysts and business teams on updates to integrations and reports
Configure, troubleshoot, and monitor UKG InTouch clocks (Intouch, Intouch DX)
Provide support to other teams wishing to send or receive data via Pro WFM APIs
Participate in the team to provide technical support for migrating from WFC (Workforce Central) to UKG Pro WFM
Develop and maintain technical documentation
Develop SQL queries for Kronos Systems Analysts from WFC database
