Requirements

  • Versatile writer capable of producing broad scope and highly individualized donor communications
  • Ability to write reports and document communications
  • Skills in supporting briefing and proposal development
  • Proficiency in tracking deadlines
  • Capability to provide event support
  • Experience partnering with Major Gifts Officers on donor qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship activities
  • Ability to act as liaison with national production units and other GBH departments to ensure accurate and timely content for donors and prospects
  • Availability for hybrid work model (minimum two days onsite per week: every Tuesday and one other day determined by business unit)

Responsibilities

  • Provide donor relations support to the Major Gifts team for all fundraising, stewardship, and cultivation activities
  • Produce broad scope and highly individualized donor communications
  • Write reports and document communications
  • Support briefing and proposal development

  • Partner with Major Gifts Officers and other account managers on donor qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship
