Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, or related field
  • 4+ of professional design experience
  • Passion for the athlete, sport, and culture
  • Expertise across multiple design disciplines (art direction, motion design, video editing, graphic, and spatial design)
  • Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, Keynote)
  • Knowledge of 3D and Figma is preferred
  • Portfolio showcasing storytelling, art direction, and brand identity work
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining creative quality
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  • High degree of curiosity and understanding of design culture, youth culture, and emerging trends

Responsibilities

  • Shape the worlds around Nike’s most important initiatives
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (product design, consumer insights, merchandising, and brand marketing) to translate opportunities into visual identities
